We do not operate the transportation companies, hotels, or party venues. You assume full responsibility for your personal conduct and well-being throughout the trip.

By booking, you agree to hold Spring Break Kings harmless for any injury, loss, legal issue, or disruption that occurs during your trip.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to limited availability, group rates, and time-sensitive bookings, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

Hold Fees are non-refundable and apply toward your total balance. They reserve your spot but do not guarantee any services until full payment is received.

• Pay in full by the deadline

• Follow local laws and hotel/venue rules

• Understand that Spring Break Kings is not liable for changes caused by weather, venue restrictions, third-party vendors, or personal issues

Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the trip without refund.
